They say this happened because the tree was tilted in the wrong direction, not because they screwed up.

I was wondering why they would be trying to put up a tree too crooked to cut down in the middle of Tartu.
Then I remembered this house I saw when in Tartu this July. I guess it wouldn't look too out of place.
